Pack Your Jewelry
Securely place your jewelry in its original gift box and protective mailer to ensure it arrives back to us in perfect condition.
Attach the Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.
Receive Your Refund
Once our artisans inspect the returned items, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
