To maintain the brilliance of your jewelry, we recommend removing pieces before swimming, showering, or applying lotions and perfumes. Clean your jewelry gently with a soft, lint-free cloth and store it in your NEST pouch to prevent scratching.
What is your shipping policy and delivery timeline?
We offer standard and expedited shipping worldwide. Domestic orders typically arrive within 3-5 business days, while international shipping can take 7-14 business days depending on the destination. Free shipping is available on all orders over $150.
Can I return or exchange my purchase?
We want you to love your NEST pieces. If you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Please note that earrings are final sale for hygiene reasons.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Yes, every NEST Jewelry piece comes with a 12-month warranty covering any manufacturing defects. This does not cover accidental damage, normal wear and tear, or loss of items.
